The owner of this 40 year old farmhouse was tired of the constant battle of having an outdoor living space that just wasn’t big enough. Homegrown Building Projects, working closely with both client and draftsmen, was able to create this new outdoor space, tying it in seamlessly with the existing house with ease.

Using all Australian hardwoods for the posts, sub frame and deck and native spotted gum decking this is a build that fits beautifully into its surroundings. Coupled with an insulated patio roof it can be enjoyed all year round.
